At Anahata, we focus on holistic wellness that nurtures the mind, body, and spirit. Our programs incorporate mindfulness, nourishment, rest, movement, and connection to create a transformative experience for our guests. We believe in creating personalized wellness journeys that honor bioindividuality, supporting each guest's unique needs.

2 / Who are the facilitators at Anahata?

Our main team consists of our founders, Drew, Abigael, Flora & Arlene. They will be on site to guide you through your journey and facilitate scheduling, meals, workshops & some of the activities. We also outsource some of our activities & individual consultations to highly experienced professionals, including nutritionists, acupuncturists, naturopathic doctors, fitness coaches, healers, and wellness experts. Each facilitator brings a unique skill set to the retreat, ensuring that you receive expert guidance in areas such as energy healing, nutrition, mindfulness, and personal transformation.

3 / What is bio-individuality, and why is it important?

Bio-individuality means that each person has unique needs when it comes to wellness, and there is no one-size-fits-all approach. At Anahata, we honor this by creating personalized itineraries that cater to your specific health, emotional, and spiritual needs, ensuring that you receive the care and guidance that works best for you.

4 / What should I expect from the retreat program?

Our retreat programs are designed to offer a balanced blend of workshops, healing practices, mindful movement, nourishing meals, and opportunities for deep rest. You will participate in workshops focused on mindset, nutrition, and energy healing, while also having time for personal reflection and connection with nature.

5 / Do I need to have prior experience with wellness practices like Reiki or meditation?

No prior experience is needed. Our retreats are open to all, whether you’re new to wellness practices or have a deep, established practice. Our team will guide you through each session, making sure you feel comfortable and supported. 

6 / What kind of meals will be provided at the retreat?

We provide nourishing, organic meals that are carefully crafted to support overall well-being. Our focus is on using whole foods, free from refined sugars and additives, and each meal is designed to be both delicious and aligned with our bioindividuality approach to nutrition.

7 / How does Anahata incorporate movement into the program?

Movement is an essential part of the Anahata experience. We include gentle, mindful movement practices such as yoga, stretching, and nature walks to help release tension, restore energy, and align the body with the natural flow of life. All movement is tailored to meet your personal needs.

8 / What types of accommodations are available?

Our retreats location vary depending on theme of the retreat & the season.  We offer serene and comfortable accommodations in nature, designed to provide the perfect environment for relaxation and healing. Rooms are shared or private, depending on your preference, and each space is thoughtfully arranged to ensure comfort and tranquility.

9 / How long are the retreats?

Our standard retreats are three days long, from Thursday evening to Sunday afternoon. This length allows for a deep immersion into the healing process while still being accessible for those with busy schedules.

10 / What should I bring to the retreat?

We recommend bringing comfortable clothing for movement and relaxation, a journal for personal reflection, any personal care items you may need, and an open heart. We will send out a detailed list of recommended items prior to your retreat.

11 / Can I attend the retreat if I have specific dietary restrictions or health concerns?

Yes, we are happy to accommodate dietary restrictions and health concerns. Please notify us ahead of time so we can ensure your meals and experience are tailored to meet your needs.

12 / How do I sign up for a retreat?

Signing up is easy! Visit our website’s retreat page, select our next retreat date, and complete the registration process. We recommend a phone call before signing up, although we will reach out to you once registration & payment is complete. You can also reach out to our team directly if you have any questions before booking.

13 / What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We have a flexible cancellation policy and are happy to work with you to find a solution.
